PROCESS OF EXCHANGE/ RETURNS

Please follow the process of Exchange or Return as stated below:
For any exchange/return, kindly inform us within 2 days / 48 hours of receiving the goods.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN ARE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER (Approx. ₹999-₹1200)

1. Please enclose the Invoice copy or Order Notification Printed Document with the Return Courier.  

2.⁠ ⁠Once the products are received, it will undergo a Quality Check. The products will be checked for No usage, damages, No removal of Tags and Labels.

Do note that if the QC is rejected, we will ship the returned products to you.

IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED GOOD 

Prakriti Lifestyle offers its customers an easy return option for a product within 48 hours of its delivery only if it is damaged.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our New Delhi Office.

However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Email us at paridhi.modi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9910155501 within 24 hours of receiving the order. The window for this will open when our delivery partners mark the orders “delivered”. Delayed queries will not be encouraged on account of the package being opened late.

Step 2: Share images and videos (JPEG only) of the defective/wrong product with its packaging and shipping label, along with your order details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. We will assist you as per the policy in which your order was placed.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 4-5 business days. If the returned products are received in the appropriate aforementioned conditions, a refund or replacement as requested will be initiated.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will try to give you a Gift card for the same value and you can use it in the future. 

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT?

Please note, that Prakriti Lifestyle initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our New Delhi Office. In case of any refund discrepancies, Prakriti Lifestyle may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order if we have not shipped already. We will not be able to process the cancellation if your order has been dispatched.
