Shipping policy
At Prakriti Lifestyle, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and cost-effective manner using aggregators such as shiprocket.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
After 2-3 attempts, the parcel will return to our warehouse in New Delhi.
For re-attempting the delivery, a new shipping label will be generated and the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING
We try our best to ship the goods to you as soon as possible.
On average, it takes us about 1-5 business days to ship your order from the Prakriti warehouse in New Delhi and it takes 2-15 business days depending upon the pin code and logistics partner chosen.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA ONLY
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping across India. We deliver to over 29000 postcodes. In case of very few rare remote areas, we will deliver to the nearest postcode and request you to collect from the nearest post office.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
We are not offering cash on delivery at the moment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAXES?
All prices are exclusive of taxes. For International orders, local Taxes are applicable, if any.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Before dispatch, yes! However, once dispatched any changes to the delivery address will not be possible and will depend solely on the discretion of the assigned courier partner.

FAST DELIVERY OPTION
We offer quick delivery via air which takes up 5-7 working days after it is dispatched within 1-2 working days. You can choose to pay for the fast delivery at the checkout.
